Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. For decades, I have taken my cars to Laird Auto because I have found the long-term co-owners/mechanic to be knowledgeable, sincere and reputable. My 4-star rating is comparable to a 5-star rating by others because I don't think anything like this can be perfect.

I can't recommend this mechanic enough! I've been taking my Lexus to them for years. Mauriss and his team at 4KM are exceptional. They are honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers. Mauriss is direct and never tries to upsell unnecessary services. The pricing is incredibly fair and transparent, which is a rarity in this industry.

The owner George is the most honest man you will ever meet. His work and his prices are unmatched in Mississauga. I had gone through many mechanic shops in the area before finally finding this shop. Don't be fooled by the name because they do everything here not just brakes!

However, the backup camera underneath a rear lens was broken and the damage was more extensive than could be visually seen before opening the sides of my auto.
