I've been here a couple of times and they were friendly. They were awesome. They made me feel very comfortable while getting waxed. The first I went I was afraid of it but they helped me to be free and confident. The place is nice and very cozy inside.

I had an exceptional experience at this salon. I have been looking for a salon in Brooklin/Whitby for several months. Well, I've found my place. The staff was friendly, the environment was clean, and most importantly, my nail tech listened to my requests and did exactly what I asked.

Had a classic manicure shellac and shellac pedicure. Great staff service, experienced suggestions from staff, they were very welcoming, polite and accommodating. Lovely massaging chairs for pedicure and great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and visit again!

I went here last night because I saw so many good reviews online. I'm not from Brampton but was in the area and I needed to find a good place. I was NOT disappointed at all. Not only was Lynn really good at her work and did exactly what I wanted, but she also took the time to explain different types of nails, the prices, the pros and cons of each type, and also let me decide how to do my design based on prices with no pressure to upsell! Found the next BEST HOTSPOT to get my girl all pampered up! Amazing service with friendly staff, definitely going to bring back here all the time when she needs a fill! the service here is great!! allowing me to do walk in is amazing!!! they are always happy to see me and always pleased to see new faces!! Compared to the other nail and spa's in Bolton this has to be the most clean out of the ones I've been too! i always love going in cause they tell me what product is good for me and my nail type!! they take great care of my skin when i get a pedicure!! ALSO!! they are soooo kind when waxing!! out of the other nail places in Bolton this is the best one!!

Best nail salon in Etobicoke ! Great customer service was able to get my nails done as soon as I walked in no waiting. Had a full set of acrylics put on legit lasted me 4 weeks! With my nails that never happens, I would highly recommend this place ! Also bonus they do air brush nails a lot of nail salons in Etobicoke don’t.

Literally one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received! They spent extra time on the massaging, they scrubbed with two different methods twice, very detailed with the toe nail shape and making them look very consistent. They all speak to each other as they work so it may not be the most “professional” etiquette but really great work and the extra long leg massage and steps they take are great.

Amazing salon. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I walked in 40 minutes before closing for a bio gel manicure and they gladly accepted me. I have been going here to get my nails done weekly since it opened. Tina and Ivy (the owners) and their staff are truly fantastic! The salon is clean and I always get a fantastic manicure. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. I will never, ever go anyplace else. This nail salon is truly a standout amongst all of the other horrible and dirty places in Richmond Hill. I have to give credit where it is due.
I went to Vixen for a shellac manicure and I was so happy with the results. They also informed me that one of the reasons why my shellac lasted so long is because other salons use fake shellac and they don't. Also the fake shellac is very bad for your nails. I will be returning for a facial next week and I can't wait!
