The service and installation technicians are always very professional. Very informative and always provides you with a customized solution to your individual needs. No cookie cutter answers. Recently had mini splits installed and when the work was completed everything was neat and tidy. You can tell that Coopers Heating Solutions Inc., Owners and Employees take pride in their work. This is not the first time I have availed of their service, always satisfied with the work and service.

Excellent service. Responsive. Good communication and follow-up. Cost conscious as well. The in-floor heating problem I had was intermittent which made diagnosis a challenge, but they stuck with it, found the problem, and got it fixed.
