    It was a nightmar...

    It was a nightmare. Full story too long to fit here - salesperson didn't know anything about product - sent home with wrong product. Returned item to be given yet another wrong computer. Salespeople incompetent, rude. Stay away from this store.

    bought an phone with them over a year ago. I am currently paying that phone exchange plan. brought my phone in yesterday to get fixed and they have no record of me ever buying a phone with them! so no fixed phone for me at all. and there was "nothing they could do about it" because I forgot my receipt out in Alberta. absolutely rude service too.
