Went to court for full custody of my 10 year old boy. His mother is an alcoholic and unstable. I had text messages dating back 2 years sent at all hours of the night filled with hate and my oldest son and his wife who were able to testify that they saw her acting irrational and violent. She was even escorted out of the house 3 times by the police when we used to live together and our son was between 6 and 12 months. Maitre Rouillier never brought any of this up at trial. Complete incompetence.
