I called one day ahead ( Thursday) to confirm my delivery for Friday and they confirmed all was good. Friday comes by, we called the person from the delivery company didn’t know anything about our deliver we call the main office the person there said she was going to call us back, she didn’t!
They’re not open on weekends and Monday was a holiday, we got it on Tuesday, all almost unfrozen, discussing look, we threw most of it in the garbage!
