WE ARE A BUSINESS AND ARE HAVING HARD TIME TO GET GEMSTELECOM TO FIX OUR PHONE LINE. BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH FOR 3 MONTHS. THE TECHNICIANS ARE JERKING PEOPLE AROUND SINCE THERE IS NOT MONITORING WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NOT THE FIRST ONE TO COMPLAIN.

Just all as it should be, to the point no surprises, polite and open.
