Sunnyview Dental - Woodstock

Booked an appointment to get a cavity filled. Apparently there was a staffing issue they could not see me. Left a message an hour and a half before my appointment, I missed the call. Showed up on time for my appointment because I have a cavity to be filled that is causing me pain. The best they could do for me was offer me an appointment into May! I have a cavity that I was expecting to be filled today! Not a month and a half from now. NOT impressed. And will NOT be back here.

I went in with major pain got a check up within a reasonable time. I was then sent for more detailed xrays at a different location which was fine. I was told they would be viewed right away and get everything booked and delt with... Almost 2 weeks and SEVERAL phone calls later I keep getting told the xrays have not been looked at yet. In the meantime here is sit with major pain in my mouth/jaw for going into 3 weeks now. I finally gave up asked for my xrays and found a new dentist.

I like that they were open on the weekend

Fantastic, caring service. I'm very happy that they were open on the weekend and took me for an emergency visit. I found the ladies at the front desk to be very inviting and welcoming. The wait time wasn't long at all and I would not hesitate to recommend this office. For me it was worth the drive to norwich to come to Sunny View dental.

My kids used to throw a fit before coming to the dentist. It was a whole mission just getting them out the house. That all changed when I switched over to the SunnyView dentist office. Very gentle and for sure kids friendly. It made a whole world of difference.

Outstanding experience for my family

Hands down the best dental office in Woodstock. Super friendly receptionist and impeccable service will keep me and my family coming back for years to come. It's basically hassle free because they figured out all of my insurance stuff and took care of all the billing for me, so I'm in and out and don't have to worry about anything. Anyways, two thumbs up! Give them a try.

One of the best in Woodstock

I came for an emergency dental appointment on a Sunday after my regular dentist in town was closed. I have to say, the office is just beautiful, modern, state of the art. With overhead TVs so I could space out while the dentist was working on me. Seems like dental offices have come a long way. Anyhow, I made the switch from my other dentist and moved my whole family to SunnyView dental.
