Windsor Honda

Had a great experience with this dealership. Bought a used CRV from them and they stood behind it when I had a major problem with the air conditioning system after the sale. I’ve bought a number of vehicles from Windsor Honda and they’ve always been great to work with.

All was good until my free oil changes were done. When I purchased my car I had paid a certain amount to get a discounted price on my oil changes. They had charged me full price. When I said something they had no idea what I was talking about. I went home to get the paperwork and showed it to them and spoke with the manager. They would not reimburse me the difference and did not honour the agreement. I will never go back there again,
