    THIS STORE REFUSES TO PUT SOME CASHIERS ON TILLS. WHY MUST WE ALL WAIT SO LONG TO BUY THERE EXPENSIVE GROCERIES AND THEN WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES TO PAY FOR THEM THEN BAG THEM MYSELF. WTF?

    Bad floor manager

    The supervisor at customer service (a heavy and rough lady) shows no courtesy skills and no manners. Her place should be in a factory, not dealing with public... She refused to honour the scanning code of practice and walked away without any explanation... I was too upset to ask to talk with the store manager, but I will call him, the lady's got to apologize for her behaviour and the SCOP rules need to be followed.
