    terrible/disgusting--Someone added a paypal number to my virtual visa card last November and it took these non English speaking people until yesterday to get me another card. I had it activated and Made 48 purchases of braces for arthritis and special socks for gout etc etc and THE BANK PUT MY CARD ON HOLD. I phoned then and they were supposed to phone me and here it is 7:20 and no phone call and no visa card. YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THIS IS MY MONEY NOT YOURS.
