Poor management and bad attitude from staff!

On July 24, 2020 my wife bought a cappuccino cake from the story because today, Sunday July 26 we had some guests for lunch. When we served the cake everybody noticed that it had a mildew taste. I took the remaining slice of about 2 inches back to the store and a lady who introduced herself as the manager took the box with the slice, weighted it and reimbursed me 3 dollars and change (the price of the cake was almost 16 dollars). When I objected, the lady did not even apologize for the situation
