Nail Art

Horrible! The customer service is the worst. Sent my daughter to get her nails done and she came home with the most crooked, crap design nails. It looks like my 12 yr old neice sat down and did her nails. They took no ownership, did not offer to fix them ( it was less than 10hrs of me calling from the time she got them done) blamed my daughter for leaving. I sent him pictures told him he's the owner and she should see the pictures and agree his nail tech did a piss poor job, not argue. $65!!

I go here all the time and always get great service! My nails look terrific after! I highly recommend Nail Art in Whitby!!

Worst service I have ever received. The shellac did not dry properly and two days later they all peeled off my nails and were still wet underneath. Got cut numerous times due to the below average service and was spoken to very rudely. The young man forced me into doing shellac, cutting down my nails and even attempted too use a different colour on my nails from the one I had chosen. Would not recommend.

Very Efficient!

If you want to get your nails done in an efficient and timely manner than Nail Art is the place to go! They get the job done and they do it well. Saturday afternoons are crazy busy so I would suggest avoiding this if you want peace and quiet while you are getting pampered. They have tons of colours to choose from- even in Shellack colours as well. I would not suggest using their waxing services as their specialty lies with Nails (i.e. Nail Art) manicures and pedicures. I will definitely be booking another appointment, fast and friendly service..thumbs up :)
