Never thought I’d leave a review but my experience with these guys was so terrible that this should be said Tony, their sales guy, came by to quote the install of a manual Aprilaire 600M whole house humidifier to be connected and operated by my Nest thermostat as well as the removal of my old drum humidifier. Thanks for the great work our furnace runs great! After all the hassle of dealing with another local company ($1200 later ...only to be told we should just get a new furnace because their repairs didnt fix the problem!!) we decided to move on from them and get a rental furnace from Aire One. The monthly rate is very affordable and the idea of not having to worry about any additional costs if something were to happen was a great option for us.

We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in our home on friday and we are so pleased with the install and quality of the units we received. We bought Carrier units because we previously had them and they lasted us about 30 years. We chose aire one because the people were really nice and seemed very knowledgable and the price was better than other company quotes. I switched to aire one after I got dooped by air solutions/kair energy/whatever other name they call themselves today.Anyways I ended up going with Aire one to get the coil replaced and have never been more pleased with a company. They definately stand by consumer expectations and the people I dealt with were friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Definately would recomend aire one to people the prices and people are good!

Beware Overcharges

BEWARE Protect your wallet.Our furnace was not giving off any heat.Aire One came in for a service call even though the website quoted a $49. diagnostic fee I was charged twice that. I was told I needed a new circuit board and was quoted $916 if I paid cash.They suggested that I should really think about replacing my furnace. When I went online to check the price of the board it was $135.I have someone else coming in and installing it for under $250. If you are dealing with this company BEWARE
