This is a great place to shop for pets. The staff is helpful with their advice and suggestions when asked. They love when your pet comes in and give a treat if it is OK with the pet owner. I have shopped there for years and enjoy my visits there . The staff is friendly and always make it a good experience.

Avoid, hidden charges, not honest with prices on grooming of your pet, has, happened before too, find a more honest one, this place will add on charges, despite the job they do being what you take them for in the first place. Very greedy.

I recently had the extreme displeasure/made the monumental mistake of choosing to have my cat groomed at Pet Valu's Fitch Street location in Welland. Not only had my appointment been cancelled without my knowledge, upon arrival the groomer in question was incredibly rude, hostile, and impatient; excellent!
