Bought 2 computers from them over the years, both custom made to my request. Both were ready in 3 days and were exactly as ordered. Top service also.

Poor & very slow customer service. Its been almost a year of waiting for them to finish the set up of my new computer, which it took them 2 months to build. As I was having shoulder surgery and they delayed finishing the computer until the new year, they were to deliver the computer to me. Instead what I got was excuses, so ended up having to pick the computer up with one functional arm; they didn't even carry it out to the car. I am still waiting for the video card to be properly installed!
