Canadian Tire General Store

Poor customer service at the tire shop second time now. I won't be shopping at that location again. The guy working today Oct 02/22 should be let go. If you dislike your job so much you should be moving on. Canadian tire has been my store to go to not now.

Nobody answers your phone!! Directions tell me u r open till 9 pm and no matter which extention I push NO ONE ANSWERS!!! What gives. Business that good?!

Disturbingly poor customer service. Treat customers without any concern of accountability. Made to feel like an inconvenience to them, including their front end manager, by just being in the store. Will not be returning to this location.

Great service

My snowblower won't start. I called the manager Kyle.He suggested something for me to try and get back to him. It didn't work and he came over and solved the problem. Excellent service. Thank you Kyle. I am indebted to you. You averted a lot of stress!
