Thrifty Car Rental

We had excellent service here from the manager, Mr. Hong. They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot! Will definitely be returning in the future for our vehicular needs. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative, but from my experience you won't regret renting here!

Stay away from this location

Had to be my worst experience with renting a car. Booked online, got there and there were no cars. The guy at the desk basically threw his hands up in the air with a "What do you want me to do attitude". I had to insist that I wasn't leaving without a car. I suggested calling another location and he found one, then shuttled me over. When I returned the car, the OWNER was very rude and shouted at me. His anger was scary. He has "zero" customer service skills. Will NEVER use Thrifty/Dollar again.

I reserved a car ...

I reserved a car online and when I went into this location to pick it up I was greeted with horrible customer service by the manager. He was ignorant, rude, and obnoxious. There was some sort of miscommunication with the site and his own franchised location and instead of explaining it with respect for me, the customer, I was barked as though it was my fault the site had linked him to my corporate discount. I had to call upper management to learn this. I would not recommend this LOCATION.
