unprofesional and very bad at communicating. they don't answer calls and take long to reply to email. they send someone to service our coolers and he made a huge mess and was very rude. one of the coolers made a huge leak and a large area of the carpet is wet.
I strongly recommend them great products and great service ... they can customize a cording to ur needs so u don't have to spend extra for unnecessary things . Very flexible with pricing and finance ... Rafal is very friendly and supportive ...

Pure Life H2o, have excellent and well qualified technical staff as well as a very helpful customer service staff. What I really appreciate is that when you call, there is always someone happy to assist you. The quality of the water system that we are using in our office is really exceptional. i've been trying to reach someone at this company for weeks. i left multiple msg and noone will get back to me. our cooler hasnt been serviced for almost 2 yrs and the watr tastes like plastic and the cooler is really loud. the financing company says they have nothing to do with that and they require me to continue paying and its my responsibility to track down somepne and have them come service it. the sales person who i dealt with doesnt work there anymore and cant help me.
Excellent customer service!! I came into work & realized a large leak in the kitchen area.I called number on the water filter not realizing the leak was coming from the coffee machine next to it, Pure life came out within 20 minutes & repaired the leak & went above & beyond & pointed out some other issues & repaired them as well, The amazing part was I expected a large bill,but was only billed for the parts used & not the 2 hours spent here repairing an issue that was even Pure life's fault.
