Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! With rental city you are garenteed constant harassment, being told false claims, and broken funerture. When singing the contract I didn't expect to be bombarded everyday with the need to make a payment when in the beginning I paid for 2 weeks in advance, on top of that People who work the graveyard shift can't be expected to be home and ready all day we have other things to take care of. When I called in to arrange a payment time I got threatened!

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER!!! If you have no other option but to rent to own go to ARRON'S! Rental City doesn't check their products they deliver broken items and expect you to pay for them!! Then when their items destroy something of your own they wont replace it or fix it!!! BEWARE DONOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE OUT MORE MONEY IN THE END!!
