I was at the Toronto East General Hospital on Christmas day around 3:30pm and was having a bad day I put my ticket in the machine but it could not read it after several attempts. I buzzed the machine help button and started to vent at some guy that picked up the phone. He was very professional about the whole thing after my yelling and walked me through the process of getting a new ticket printed out. I actually felt better after talking with this guy and just wanted to apologize whoever he is a
