T&D Appliances Refrigeration

We called T+D, spoke to Vince, explained the problem, and he gave a ballpark quote over the phone of #350. He arrived late, and quoted $450 plus hst when he arrived, but would include hst if we paid cash. After a heated discussion, we agreed as we felt we had no choice. Later, I asked him why the extra $100, he said it was for 2 wires that cost about $2 each, and he even wanted to take our old parts with him. I felt he was dishonest, condescending, and greedy, we cannot recommend them, beware.

Thank you Vince for a most enlightening view into the new world of appliances!! You fixed my dryer and fridge with ease and most of all, honesty!! That is huge in today's world!! You have my total recommendation for your service. I would buy any used appliances from you as I am for certain that I will get, not only a great deal but that you stand behind your product!! Well done T&D alliance. I'm for sure a repeat customer!!

Excellent Products and Honest Services!!!

At first I didn't know which appliances company to go to than I just randomly pick a few to try out, thats when I found T&D APPLIANCES REFRIGERATION in business for over 20 years. I have dealt with T&D APPLIANCES REFRIGERATION for several years now for my rental properties. Their services are excellent and they are extremely honest, friendly, professional of what they do and always on time (quickly). Their charges are very reasonable, and what I like most is they charged by the job "NOT" by hourly!!! All the products they sell are excellent and MOST important they stand by their appliances. I recently purchased another refrigerator from T&D APPLIANCES and the refrigerator stopped cooling after the warranty expired by 3 1/2 weeks and they replaced me another one at no additional charges. I would greatly recommend T&D APPLIANCES REFRIGERATION. If you need repairs or purchase any home appliances, try them first!!!!
