Very unreliable. Never return calls.

We used this service in December and all was good but once we were back we'd had issues with our trip. We were told to leave the issues with Liz that works there. After multiple phone calls and emails to her we are now seven months later never to have been responded to. I guess once they have your money you are no longer important! We have since booked two huge trips but it certainly has not been with them. Another one coming up again in December yet again won't be using their service.
