Bike Depot Thornhill

Dropped off two rims to have the brake and gears swapped. I waited two weeks of no contact from them even though they told they would reach out when the fix is complete. I went in to pick up my items. When I got home I noticed both quick release bolts were missing. Next day I returned to get them back but the staff insisted I must have misplaced the bolts, even though I brought them with the rims. Ended up charging me $20 for a new bolt. Be very careful with the items you bring into this shop.

Ordered Stan’s sealant Injector and the item came “USED” there was dry sealant in the hose and connector. The tube was still a little wet from the last person who used and returned this item. This was not a one time use either, this was a well-used item as the connector and injection tube is all scratched up from what looks to be many months of usage and being thrown around in a toolbox. This is what Bike Depot re-sells at the full retail price as being brand new? buyer beware.....
