Really poor customer service. After paying the almost $300 a month for 6 months, when I asked if they can help me out with 2 additional days - which I’d pay for!, I was told no. You pay the full month if you’re not out! Wow. Not even an offer for a reduced amount. Clearly are not interested in repeat business or referrals. With so many options out there I recommend people consider dealing with companies that understand the meaning of customer relations and goodwill.
