Extremely rude and unprofessional, Im not sure who's worse Eric McRobert or his staff! And they have refused to pick up their tanks for months now that we finally made the smart choice of switching suppliers.

Zero service! Never use this company.

This company had refused to reduce my gas rate to a competitive one when given the option. In addition, it is now seven weeks since refusing to pick up a holding tank after the new company was put in place. My friends experienced exactly the same problem and waited eight weeks for a tank to be retrieved from their property.

Nothing but problems with this company. Poor service and very rude. For 7 months I have been trying to get them to remove their tank from my front yard now, and it’s still there. If I could of gave no stars for McRoberts, I would have.
