Went there got some slices and ordered garlic bread. The man took our money cashed us out then proceeded to make my garlic bread without putting on gloves or washing his hands i then asked him to wash his hands and make a new one for me and he looked confused. Then i asked him if he had been taught health and safety in his workplace and that money is dirty. Which he replied yes but aparently this is the first he is hearing that money is dirty. I got my money back and left
I put an order in, was charged an extra $4.00 which I guess was a delivery charge that I wasn't aware of. And when I received my order, the delivery man took my cash and walked away without giving me my change???? Won't order again.
I've ate a lot of pizza around stratford, tito's by far has the best Pizza and Wings in town. The new renovation is awesome. Some of the deals were also amazing, I always tend to get the family deal but the only bad part of this place is that they don't have the cake anymore. and if i'm ever low on money i get the slice combo, whats not to love.. I LOVE PIZZA.
we ordered from this tito's and we were given burnt wings they were horrible and disgusting. When we called in to tell them about it they stated they were a little brown and they would not come out and fix the problem because he made them the same way for everbody.
The people who work there are cold and not very friendly. A simple "thank you" for your business would be nice! The pizza is alright, but the poutine is the worst I've ever had. I'm the type of person who feels compelled to leave a tip, however, even that is not acknowledged in the least--it's like it's expected! Once, we found a piece of metal (no joke!) in the pizza crust. If you like poor service and a cold atmosphere, then Tito's is for you! Not me.
