This place of business books appts at 8:00 a.m. however the person who picks up the employee calling in sick messages does not start til 8 either so I sat there for 20 minutes. They need to step up the service and pay a staff member to check sick messages at 7 a.m. or early like we did where I worked then contact the effected patients. Or my other suggestion would be to stop booking appointments right when you open.
