We moved from St. Catharines to Grimsby and picked Johnson Movers after receiving recommendation from our realtor. The moving crew and office staff were very pleasant. Smooth move all around.

We had recently moved with Johnson's, and everything went very well. The crew had called us the morning of the move to let us know they were on their way, they were nice and efficient, wrapped our things and did it in less time than we expected. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

We had a terrible experience with this company. We discussed the problem with the owner and he refused to do anything about it. After reading his replies to every other negative review (unfortunately we saw them too late)it seems his company is never to blame..the problem always seems to be that his customers are stupid! We lost $500!! My advice to anyone who is moving..Use another company!! I rate this company ZERO stars!!

Great Movers

one of very few movers to go through the exams for serviing Seniors in the province of Ontario and to deal properly with women when moving. My experience is you cant miss when using Johnson moving

Very disappointing

The movers showed up with a truck too small for the move. When the owner arrived on site to discuss he was very rude to the staff, and spoke to them in a very demeaning fashion which was not necessary. The workers themselves were polite, professional and friendly. The guys are very efficient, although one item was broken. Very disappointing when the owner refused to replace the item and we had to leave items behind from the move as they wouldn't fit on the truck Dealings to try to resolve the issue were handled very unprofessionally by the owner. Very disappointing.

Prompt, Reliable Movers

After contacting several local St.Catharines Moving companies, we decided to go with Johnson Moving & Storage.  They were prompt, courteous, honest with their pricing (no surprises), and extremely professional. Although we moved only a short distance, they “wrapped” our belongings and transported everything with care. Great Service in Niagara

Johnson Moving & Storage did a great job with my move. They arrived exactly when I expected them. I had called the week before my move to confirm that they would actually show up in the window given, as I was in a time crunch with new tenants arriving shortly after I was supposed to be out. The representative with whom I spoke said that in the 8-9 a.m. window I was given, they would most likely arrive around 8 am, which was exactly when they arrived. The movers themselves were very quick but also took care with my items. I have been in my new place just over a week and have unpacked and have not seen any damage, even to my fragile items. We had two pick-up stops on my move, and the gentlemen were fast and courteous throughout the five-hour move. I am very appreciative of their punctuality, courtesy, and work throughout the move. I would highly recommend Johnson Moving & Storage to anyone."

We moved on the hottest day of the summer but the crew did not let that affect their level of service. Great Local Service

I had to change my appointment at the last minute and they were flexible and showed up right on time. We only had one hour to unload our trailer and our movers ran up and down the street to make sure they had it done in time. They were friendly, efficient, and very gentle with our stuff. What a great experience! As a small business owner, I support Local businesses and keep the Niagara economy rolling. I tried Johnson Moving & Storage this last Saturday, for my own move. They arrived on time, were courteous & professional, & obviously knew what they were doing. Johnson Moving and Storage has all my business & as many referrals as I can send their way!
