I would give zero star if I could. We gave a $1200 deposit for a custom door. Thayne will not return our calls or messages and we still have no door. Empty promises, no call backs, completely being ignored!! Stay away from this place!!

Do not use this company - they are horrible!! zero responsibility from the horrible owner. Going on 6 months from paying them a majority portion and we have a total of 2 exterior doors installed...no windows, no sliding doors, no front door. Now asking for more money because install is harder then they thought! I wish we could get our money back or our windows so someone else could do the install!

Run - Dont walk These are not people you need to deal with

The salesman went out of his way to accommodate us with our 2 windows and exterior door with lites that we needed. Will definitely come back for the remaining windows that we need. FANTASTIC PRICES

The very condescending and whiny manager acted like he was doing us a favour by accepting our money. A real drama queen. Avoid if you want to keep your temper and your sanity.
