    You assume when sales staff give you a quote it includes labor and material to complete job. At Whelans it doesnt, we had carpet installed on stairs but installer who was from Whitby (not a local installer) did not bring molding/trim to complete job. Carpet at top of stairs loose and separated from wood flooring creating a real hazard. But Whelens staff says trim not included. I thought I was paying for a complete job but apparent not. Would NOT recommend this company look elsewhere Buyer Beware
