On 2021-05-24 I visited station for fuel and I had very bad experience from employee night time. He was not focusing on transaction about I scanned my loyalty discount card and said done .after I knew from receipt and went back then say it’s your fault card not scanned!! And not listen well about issue of my 3 cents esso loyalty discount card per litre and said rudely what you want take 5 cent from cash drawer and showing me very rudely.&say customer care about your issue. All disappointed me.
