Sarnia Auto Wreckers Ltd

I have used Sarnia Auto Wreckers many, many times and have always been very satisfied. I also bought a used Ford Escape from them and am very please. They are wonderful and I trust them fully.

Called about a part, was told that they have it. When I arrived after driving for 30 mins they told me they don’t have the part. Purchased another part asked if there is a return/exchange policy was told yes 90 day.Went to return the part since I found a new part for same price... was told no returns... NEVER GOONG BACK AGAIN

Staff are very helpful and service is excellent

Spoke to Dean the Manager. Asked for a better price on a part and he actually raised the price. I could not believe it. When I objected, he refused to sell to me. He was very rude and in my opinion not much of a manager.
