I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I place an order three weeks ago and it hasn't shipped yet. Whenever I email the store to get an update I'm told that it'll either ship by the end of today or tomorrow or they're just waiting on the rest of the order to ship it. That was understandable throughout the first week but after nearly a month of this, it feels very negligent and downright disrespectful to the customer who spend their hard earned money here. I reccomend people look elsewhere.

All three of my kids have lessons here and they absolutely LOVE their teachers. That is such a difficult thing to find, connection. Can’t say enough good things!

A month after returning a product they still owe me a refund and I have no idea when I will be able to get it. I have followed up multiple times with them and they have acknowledged that they have dropped the ball and still no action on their side to resolve the issue! Avoid at all costs!!!

Friendly service, great selection and decent prices. The guy that helped me out actually stopped for a minute to help me when he already had two customers and it was a madhouse on a Saturday night. He asked me a couple quick questions and then set me up quickly w a few choices to look at while he finished w the others. He then came right back and finished helping me.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The selection is amazing.
