Being the only Subway in town that delivers I am tempted to order from here quite often. This review is primarily about delivery calls since (almost) every time I've entered the store itself I have been very satisfied with the service. Since there is no online ordering available we call in our order and it never seems to go quite right. Calls are taken in a loud environment where it is difficult for both parties to hear. This, compounded by the fact that they do not have any database or electronic system for keeping addresses or order information leads to about 50% of our orders being wrong/late/incomplete upon arrival. Many delivery folks mention they were never told the buzzer number for our apartment when I make sure it is mentioned clearly during the order. Any attempt I've made to contact the manager over the last few years has been met with responses similar to "She's not here until Monday" etc. When a complaint is made regarding a mistaken omission, or otherwise invalid order I am often treated very well, with free replacements delivered within the hour. On one ocasion we were insulted when told "have you eaten any of the sub?" "yes only a bite or two" "We will want that back when the correct sub arrives; be sure to hand it to the delivery person". I've attempted to request an online order form in hopes this would clear up the confused orders, but of course no action has been taken. This on-top of the constant mistakes has left me lacking interest in ordering from this location again.
