    Had some pretty significant water intrusion in our newly built home. We were not sure how 1st Response would be since we did not contract them ourselves but we could not have been more pleased with the amount of knowledge and expertise they have in the field of water damage remediation. I knew Christine had our best interest in mind when she said she had children of her own and this is what she would do in the situation if it were her home. Experts who are determined to make it right!

    Professional

    They were very professional when they came to do the work. They ripped out a part of my wall and then showed me what they did and what needed to be fixed. They left the house just as clean as it was when they showed up. They even left me with a huge dehumidifier to dry out our bathroom. When others were around they spoke very professionally about the issues. i would definately reccommend to anyone with similar issues.

    Awesome work!

    We requested 1stResponseContractors to prepare my father's condo for sale. They did a huge job which included gardening, fixing blinds, replacing shelving, replacing sliding door tracks and damaged screens, cleaning bathroom tiles, replacing light bulbs, recaulking windows, vacuuming out closets and storage spaces, cleaning freezers, fridges and stoves, washing down walls and repairing plumbing fixtures and arranging professional carpet cleanering. Everything that needed to be done was done professionally and quickly - without question. What we needed was someone to take over the repair and preparation of our property and this was done. The amount of time and effort that was required to accomplish this task was immeasurable and yet they accomplished this within a limited time frame. We are so fortunate to have found them. They did an awesome job!
