Great service and very professional staff. I have been dealing with them for over 20 years and am very happy. The best hardware store in the local area in my opinion. The staff greet me and i feel like a valued customer. Almost always have what i need in stock and never hesitate to direct me to a conpetitor if unavailable to ensure i get what i need.

Never again! Placed and paid for an order online, from Alberta. Called 4 days later to confirm if it was in. Unprofessional customer service who put me on hold and then hung up. Confirmed my order in on Monday but told it still needed to be paid for. Straightened that out. Organized for someone in Petawawa to go pick it up. They showed up Wednesday and were told that the truck only comes on Thursdays, that my order would not be in til then. How many hoops do you expect me to jump thru?
