Dr.Hanniman is the most unprofessional person ive ever met, im glad there are other optometrists in the area because i will not be back

Poor customer ser...

Poor customer service. Would not replace defective frame, lens kept popping out. Tried to get me to pay for a replacement now by saying he would consider it when I bought new glasses but wouldn't guarantee anything. Yeah, right buddy. My wife and kids went to another optometrist 4 years ago after they went to him once because he scared my kids. I should have followed but thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong! No integrity at all. If you value that there are a lot of other very good optometrists in Pembroke.
