Orleans Mitsubishi

When the vehicle finally arrived late, it did not have a roof rack as we had specifically requested as an essential item on the list. The seller who has now left the dealership told me it was his error and that it would be no problem. He even made an appointment to have it installed and when I returned at end of day, the mechanic said there was never any roof rack ordered for this vehicle. Then he avoided all my calls. Lately spoke to manager who said he cant do anything about it.SO DISAPPOINTED

I really like the service and professionalism of the Service department at the dealership in Orleans Mitsubishi. They are courteous and respectful with a great manager and customer service reps. There are no gimmicks. On a few occasions when the warranty has been involved, they oblige with the under warranty service with no questions asked. No arguments required. Just great service and excellent attitude..

Very bad business ethic! They sold me a used car that the engine has been replaced without letting me know! They get the car proof documents to proof there was only a $2000 damage in a small accident. They said that the car has no mechanical problem at all because they have done all kind of test. However, it has serious oil consumption problem, very serious. It take 1L oil per 300km! Each time I top up gas, I need to add 1L engine oil! The hood under the engine was completely broken!
