I bought a charger for my ebike and tried it when I got home and it didn’t work (the batteries were gone). I called them in less than an hour and asked if I could bring it back and was told they have a no return policy as on the invoice. It says on the invoice all sales final and I only got an invoice by asking for the warranty. When I was there they said my batteries are probably gone but I was not told that if I bought the charger that I would not be able to return it. DO Not give them money!!
