Very poor workmanship on the part of the mechanics. Problems on the brake job and the previous one. When clients pay 1000 dollars for a pair of brakes they expect them to last longer than 21000 kms service manager gave wrong information at first then said he was unable to help

Thanks Canadian Tire Orillia for the giant waste of my time today. I made a 9am appointment 2 days ago and at 11:40 am, the vehicle is sitting in the parking lot completely untouched and unlooked at. Thanks also for your staff who couldn't care less about it. Buyer beware. Stay away from this shop.

I wish I could give them less stars. They gave us the wrong motor on my boyfriends car, gave us a hard time, they lost a part for my car for a week leaving me without a car. They claim I didn't get it serviced with them when I had the receipt saying otherwise and all of their staff are incompetent. The only good thing is Gus the new service manager. He handled all of the mishaps with great customer service and gave me free service on the lost part.

I had a block heater installed in my vehicle . Paid for it. Two days later I checked to see where the electrical cord was....it was never installed. They knew this car was being driven to Edmonton in two days. They did give me my money back. They couldn't explain WHY this only job was never done.
