Enbridge Gas Distribution

This is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. For the past four months I have tried to change preauthorized payment information. It is impossible to do online so I mailed a cheque with preauthorized instructions. The automated voicemail confirms I have preauthorized payments but funds are not being taken out and I keep getting past due notices. Impossible to get through the phone lines. This is truly reprehensible, disrespectful and insulting non-service.

Worst company ever!! First could not get a bill, then they said was because they were checking. Lowered my payment now I have a notice, they were undercharging me and have double my bill. Never had this issue with consumer gas. Very frustrating dealing with this large companies that don't care about their customers at all!!

Worst service possible. System designed to make sure that you do not speak with an agent, nor is there service via internet chat or email. When you are lucky enough to get someone they are not willing to listen, are rude, and talk over top of you and most of the time just hang up on you (same person has done this numerous times)

Worst ever, no gas , cold home, cold water, and no one cares
