Poor Customer Service and
My overall experience here was very poor. They obviously damaged my rim while changing my tires and would not admit their mistake or provide any restitution. The owner kept denying any fault on their end and basically said “I don’t care, don’t come back if you don’t like it. I don’t want need your business.” Never again.

What he neglected to say, was he bought a set of used rims that had were damaged to begin with, road rash about 10 - 12 inches around the outer edge, which we noted before we started the install. Our tire machine are touchless center mounts, we even showed him and dismounted a rim right in front of him and he didn't know what to say. Apparently we only damaged the two rims that had damage to them, and right over his existing damage and not the other two. Go figure! He wanted us to repair the rims solely at our cost. When i asked him if he was going to pay to fix his portion of the existing damage he refused and then wanted compensation. That's when i kicked him out...
