You and your team made the installation of his stair lift an incredible expericence with very little down time. Be cautious when using this company!

Very bad experience overall. Seemed helpful when first contacted but have now stopped returning phone calls and messages after receiving a deposit for work that was never performed. Job had to be cancelled due to change in circumstances and no materials or labour were ever provided. Have also heard that other branches of Silvercross have left a path of disgruntled customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Link to owner's info provided.
