Really bad customer service. 4 hours late for a pre arranged appointment. Offered me $50 off my next purchase. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

A great place for hardwood, laminate or carpet flooring, we have had them install all three! Each time they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. Very professional.

Incorrectly installed my flooring and now it’s lifting in spots. Having difficulties getting them back to fix the issues

There are a lot of better options out there for your flooring needs.

Worst customer service ever. Went in on a weekend early and as soon as a second customer walked in we were abandoned ... not even acknowledged anymore. After waiting and waiting we told the person we were leaving and again ....completely ignored. Terrible experience!
