I cannot believe the poor level of service. Despite the multitude of products to sift through, staff just watched as hubby and I tried to find what we were looking for. We engaged the staff and suggested quite clearly the style and colour we were looking for when we arrived. We suggested several times that we were trying to stick with a modest budget but were not steered in any useful direction. We had to ask pricing on each sample individually which then had to be researched by staff. :-(
