Says open to public but actually isnt. No one answers the phone at any extension and you cant leave a message. Apparently they dont want business.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced purchasing furniture.

Worst customer service ever, they are a take your money and run organization with no ethics and a very, very nasty attitude when you call them, that is if you can even get them to answer and talk to you, you don't get much worse than Galaxy and their cronies at Mega Furniture Sales, stay as far away from them as you can.

The worst ever stay clear REPEAT STAY CLEAR a dozen phone calls nothing .There were going to come with in two weeks a month a ago. What ever you go some place else

Worst customer service ever!!! I just called the showroom number from their website about a design I saw and the phone rep says she do not take retail orders. Ok, so why is there a phone # and order desk? Then I asked for retailers info "Oh there is so many in Toronto, I don't know" Like really? How do you expect me to shop with your company if there is no listing of retailers and you do not bother to help? She then shouted, "Just go back to the same store!!" I am taking my $$ elsewhere.
