I bought an AC a while ago but it had some issues, I called them and they asked me to book an appointment with one of their technicians and it didn't take long. The issue was fixed and I got a complimentary discount.

Really terrible service. This company is just a hoax, they come and install things and when you call them they wont come and no proper services. They really are the worst. Be very careful before engaging this vendor. if anyone knocks on your door saying energy canada do not open the door

BE AWARE - Poor customer service!!!

They are promising free of charge rental for the first 3 months, however I never got it. I have called numerous times, sent several emails with my Enbridge bills as I was told. They don't even bother to respond to the emails. Each time I called back to confirm receipt, they simply say that they got the emails and are looking into this, also promising that a refund cheque will be sent. Till date, I got nothing from them, just a bunch of false promises. Very disappointed and I would not recommend.
