Treated terribly. Accused of causing damaged to a costume that I couldnt try on or see in the store properly due to poor lighting. Not sure if its the right costume from their own site. Charged me same price as the newer red version but my green one came with lose threads stains ripping velcro and badly worn. Wont honor a full refund for return.

I had the best experience in this store. The staff is knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store.

Amazing customer service ! Very nice helpful workers. I like how there is a variety of things such as wedding wear, dresses, shoes, accessories , Halloween costumes, dance wear/outfits and figuring skating items. I highly recommend this store .
