Sorry guys, forgot to come back to clear this up. Called Mike/Joe regarding issue and they sent the technician to my home to correct the work, further issues were found so everything was taken back to the shop and the job was completed well. Thanks for taking care of the issue, mistakes are made but they stood up and corrected the issues to my satisfaction. Thank you Mike and Joe.

No quality control in service department they get your machine in, send it out no work down but send big bill. Sent back twice and no better
